بدأت شركة AIM للخدمات التعليمية تنفيذ المراحل التنفيذية لمبادرة شغال لتدريب وتأهيل عشرة آلاف من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتوفير فرص عمل لهم بعد انتهاء البرنامج التدريبي .
انطلق الفريق التنفيذي خلال يومي الجمعة والسبت من شهر يوليو الجاري الإجراءات التنفيذية لمقابلة كافة المتقدمين للمبادرة لتحديد مدى تطابق شروط المرحلة الأولى من برنامج التدريب من أجل التوظيف في قطاع الخدمات الفندقية للذكور والإناث ممن ينطبق عليهم شروط الالتحاق بالمبادرة .
- الأسبوع التدريبي الأول: من 7 يوليو إلى 11 يوليو ٢٠١٩
- الأسبوع التدريبي الثاني: من 13 يوليو إلى 17 يوليو ٢٠١٩
يذكر أن آخر إحصاء صدر عن الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء؛ فإن عدد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة يقترب من الـ 15 مليون معاق، وهو ما دفع الشركة الاعلان عن اطلاق مبادرة “شغال” كخطوة عملية تأتي في إطار المساندة المجتمعية لتفعيل قانون الإعاقة (قانون 10 لعام 2018) وتحقيق خطة مصر للتنمية المستدامة (خطة 2030) .
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن فريق المبادرة يتكون من المشرف العام د.السيد النحراوي والأستاذ محمد مختار مستشار التوظيف والأستاذ أبو الخير أحمد المنسق العام للمبادرة .
